Having a conversation with Cloudflare’s CEO

đź’¬ Twitter still works, sometimes

Last month I went to Twitter and posted their secure and free DNS was down.

I did not expect much, I was hoping maybe someone would reply me. Probably not my followers  (210 at the time), but perhaps from Cloudflare’s social media team monitoring their brand name.

Then Matthew Prince, their CEO, answered me.

Cloudflare is a pretty big company and I was quite surprised he took action and tried to solve my issue. In the end, it seemed my ISP did some nasty network-wide change that affected their DNS.

This is the Twitter we fell in love with.
